Desktop Power with Rust and React
Razor is not a packaged webpage. It is a Native Desktop Software built with Tauri (Rust + React 19). It consumes a fraction of the RAM memory that Electron would use, and operates with an embedded SQLite engine that guarantees the store keeps invoicing even if the global connection is cut.
SQLite with WAL Mode
The backend handles atomic transactions locally. This prevents any data corruption during multiple charging requests or sudden power outages.
Absolute Stability
Written in Rust, it operates uninterrupted with minimal memory consumption. Guarantees zero unexpected closures (crashes) even under intensive use at the counter.
Legal Compliance (BCV)
I designed an automated multi-currency engine from scratch that syncs the official rate of the regulator (BCV) in the background, allowing safe and legal mixed charging operations.
Cryptographic Security
The system includes anti-piracy licensing via Hardware Fingerprinting, linking the account to the physical machine of the barbershop for maximum security.
Immutable Digital Invoicing
Generates digital invoices stored historically. Each receipt has an integrated QR code for instant audit validation from any phone.
Employee PWA Portal
Each barber gets free access to a mobile Web App where they can schedule appointments and receive real-time notifications every time the register settles one of their haircuts.
On-Demand Evolutionary Development
Razor is built to scale with the business. Features like the customer CRM or loyalty programs were not intentionally preconceived; the software will receive continuous update deployments adapted to the organic requirements of the subscribed salons.
